Trump in Harlem

“The former president ended the second day of his hush money trial in Manhattan by meeting the Bodega & Small Business Group & visiting a Harlem bodega where, in 2022, store clerk Jose Alba stabbed an attacker, then got brought up on a murder charge by Bragg’s office. The case was dropped less than three weeks after the incident, but not before Bragg, who is now leading Trump’s prosecution, faced a lot of flak. Trump said - ‘It’s Alvin Bragg’s fault. Alvin Bragg does nothing; he goes after guys like Trump who did nothing wrong.’ Trump added - ‘There are hundreds of murderers all over the city. They know who they are, and they don’t pick them up. They go after Trump.”

Former President Donald Trump made a post-court visit Tuesday to the Manhattan bodega where clerk Jose Alba infamously stabbed an ex-con to death in self-defense two years ago — a case that drew widespread outrage after he was initially charged with murder — with the city native vowing to “straighten New York out.” Trump stopped by the Sanaa Convenient Store, in Harlem to meet with the store’s co-owner Maad Ahmed and president of the Bodega and Small Bodega Group Francisco Marte.

"Hispanic shopkeeper falls victim to thieves who steal $100,000 worth of merchandise in the Bronx."

A group of thieves broke into a mini-market in the Bronx, seizing around $100,000 within minutes. The robbery took place on Sunday night at Los Castillo Mini Market on University Avenue and 174th Street in the Morris Heights area.

The business owner discovered the theft on Monday upon opening the store, noting that the criminals entered through the back door. Despite attempting to disable the store's security cameras with spray paint, the two suspects were unable to deactivate all of them and were captured on video.

The footage reveals them heading straight to the deli's cash register, stealing the cash, and cutting off the internet connection at the location.
